Train the Trainer (TTT) - Small & Medium

COURSE OVERVIEW

5 Days training course to get Small RPC, 4 Days training course to be eligible for DGCA viva to become a certified Remote Pilot Instructor and 2 Days training course to get Medium RPC & to be eligible for DGCA viva to become Medium Category Instructor (Overall 11 days training course).

ELIGIBILITY

Qualification: Graduation (minimum)
Age: Between 18 - 65 yrs
Must have: Aadhaar & Valid passport/Driving Licence/Voter ID/Ration Card (anyone of these)

COURSE CONTENT

5 days for Small RPC, 4 days for Remote Pilot Instructor DGCA viva eligibility, and 2 days for Medium RPC certification

Day-1

Registration - 15 mins.
Stakeholders & their laws [Basic] Drone Rules 2021 - 01:30 hrs.
Basic Principles of Flight - 01:00 hrs.
ATC Procedures & Radio Telephony - 01:00 hrs.
Fixed-wing Operations and Aerodynamics - 01:30 hrs.
Rotorcraft Operations and Aerodynamics - 01:30 hrs.
Hybrid Operations and Aerodynamics - 30 mins

Day-3

Theory Test - 40 mins
Ground Training Session - 02:00 hrs.
Identification of drone parts
Assembling and de-assembling
Minor maintenance & handling
Ground control station training,
Flight logging & documentation etc.
Simulator Training Session - 03:00 hrs.
Introduction to Flight Simulator.
Sim Familiarization Controls Check.
Pre-Flight Checks, Take off, Hover & Cruise.
Approach, Go Around & Landing Post Flight Checks.
Cruise & Turns, Climbing and Climbing Turns.
Descend & Descending Turn.
Disorientation & Recovery.
Circuit Flying - Rectangle/Square/Circle / Orbit Flying - Figure of 8
Gimbal Control (Pan, Tilt & Zoom)
Night Flying.
Abnormal/Emergency Procedures.
Simulator Test.

Practical Drone Flying Training Session - 04:30 hrs.
Intro To Digital Sky Platform.
RPAS Familiarization & Safety Briefing.
Introductory Flight.
Take–off, Climbing, Descending and Maintaining Height.
Basic Controls, Pitch, Roll and Yaw.
Disorientation & Recovery.
Level Turns in Both Directions.
Progress Check – Multirotor.
Climbing And Descending Turns.
Left And Right Square Circuits.
Flying In Circles.
Flying In Figure of 8.
Mission Planning & Instrument Flying.
Auto Mission & Flight.
Night Flying.
Abnormal/Emergency Procedures.
Final Test – Rotorcraft.

Psychological approach and analysing students - 02:00 hrs.

Flight Simulator Training - 02:00 hrs.

Planning - 03:00 hrs.
Records & Documentation - 01:30 hrs.

Practical Flying with Instructor/Solo Flying - 01:15 hrs.
