Qualification

Key Responsibility
System Administration: Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.
Technical Support: Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Software Management: Install, configure, and update software applications and systems.
Network Security: Monitor and ensure network security, implementing necessary security measures and protocols.
Data Management: Backup and restore data, manage databases, and ensure data integrity.
Documentation: Maintain documentation for IT systems, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
Skills
Networking: In-depth knowledge of LAN, WAN, VPNs, firewalls, routers, and switches.
Systems Administration: Proficiency in managing servers, both physical and virtual, and operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS).
Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Strong diagnostic skills to resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
IT Support: Experience in providing technical support for end-users, including desktop support, software issues, and network connectivity.
